'For The Long Run'We're incredibly proud of the craftsmanship of our products, which is why we offer 5 Year Warranty on all Mattresses. All our Mattresses are crafted 'For The Long Run.' However, should your Mattress become faulty within the time frame stated below, we will either repair or replace the faulty component or product. Model Guarantee All mattresses - 5 years Any repaired or replaced product would only be under guarantee for the remaining time period left from the original guarantee. What is not covered? Fabric - wear and tear of fabric is not covered. However, we will be fair, reasonable and use our discretion should you have any complaints about the fabric. Negligence and willful damage - any signs of negligence or willful damage will not be entertained. Your mattress should be cared for and a mattress protector should be used at the very least. |
