All our orders are made-to-order, therefore we estimate your Mattress will be delivered within 10-15 working days.

Order Confirmation
Having placed your order, a member of our Sales Team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order and discuss the next steps.
Considering Access
It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home. It is essential that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed. Please find measurements on the product page.
Please also consider the route our delivery team will take to get it there.
Receiving Your Order
Your order will be scheduled for delivery once we have confirmed your order with you. You will be contacted by a member of our Team to discuss a delivery day and 4-hour slot that suits our delivery schedule, van capacity and your availability to receive the order.
Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the furniture.
In-Home Delivery and Setup
Heston & Co provides a premium two-man In-Home Delivery and Setup service with every order at no extra charge. Our Delivery Team will deliver your products to the appropriate room, remove all packaging and install them so you don't have to lift a finger.
Delivery Charges
There are no delivery charges to UK mainland postcodes.
Our Delivery Days
Deliveries are typically completed Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In all cases, delivery date and time will be agreed with you beforehand.
Delivery Timelines
The delivery estimates stated above should be used as reasonable expectation on when you should receive your order. We work with integrity and will do our utmost to meet the quoted timescales. However, please note that delivery estimates may differ based on delivery location, van capacity and your availability to receive the order.
