How do I start a refund or exchange?

If your Mattress has become faulty within the time frame stated below, we will either repair or replace the faulty component or product.

Any repaired or replaced product would only be under guarantee for the remaining time period left from the original guarantee.

What is not covered?

Fabric - wear and tear of fabric is not covered. However, we will be fair, reasonable and use our discretion should you have any complaints about the fabric. 

Negligence and willful damage -  any signs of negligence or willful damage will not be entertained. Your bed, mattress and headboard should be cared for and a mattress protector should be used at the very least.
