Do I need to be home to receive my new package?

Yes is the short answer. In line with our brand values and impeccable customer service, we provide In-House Delivery and Setup as standard. This involves our Delivery Team setting up your new mattress so you don't have to. 

Our Delivery Team will also go through some paperwork with you, which will include signing and acknowledging receipt of your new mattress.
